Our vision focuses on supporting individuals within the context of their family/friends to develop a unique plan for moving forward and creating a meaningful life for themselves. This plan evolves over time and looks at both the immediate and the long-term future. Through support to local family groups, families benefit directly by increasing their opportunities for learning and their network of support. They also increase the possibilities in their lives for collaboration and sharing resources.
